PICA is hosting the much-anticipated annual cultural event this year, which we have been hosting since 2009. Please Join us to make it a great success.  November 1st 2025

Program:

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Family photo session, snacks, and nonalcoholic beverages

6:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Cultural program (Sharp start time)

8:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Dinner

10:00 PM – 11:30 PM: Dance

11:30 PM: Adjourn

Cost: 

Before October 20th, 2025:

$50 per individual of age older than 18 years

$30 per individual of age 5-18 years

No charge for kids below 5 years.

After October 20th, 2025:

$60 per individual of age older than 18 years

$40 per individual of age 5-18 years

No charge for kids below 5 years.

We are striving to present a well-balanced and diverse cultural program comprising of but not limited to Indian classical dances, instrumental and vocal performances, dramas, and skits. As we prepare for this year’s cultural event, we’re reaching out to our community for support. With inflation impacting costs, we’re striving to keep expenses down and would greatly appreciate any generous donations. Please consider contributing at https://picahr.org/donate-now/.
