WELCOME TO PICA

PICA- Peninsula Indian Cultural Association is a nonprofit, nondenominational community organization in the Hampton Roads area that was established in 2010. The mission of PICA is to promote cultural and social coordination and to develop cultural values in our children. This is being achieved by coming together as a community and setting examples not only for our future generation but ourselves.

PICA has in the past years helped local communities in Hampton Roads by supporting the Virginia Food Bank and hosting cultural events and this year the committee has decided to add more community events including
